Backorder Terms & Conditions

A backorder allows you to shop and secure your slot for previous sold out items.

All backorders need to make advance full payment first in order to secure your slots. Strictly no cancellable / refundable.

Estimate arrival will be stated on the backorder product's description. We are not able to control should there be any external factors on the shipment delayed.

When an order contains a backordered item, we will shipped out both in-stock and backorder item together.

For self pick up service, you have the option to collect your order separately.
