These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


1 - GENERAL

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.


2 - SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

3 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

4 - DELIVERY TERMS

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

Delivery will usually takes from two (2) to five (5) working days depending on the courier service. 

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Delivery times subject to customs clearance.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within two (2) working days after your payment is cleared. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for deliver. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text message.

EMMORA will not be held liable for any delays after your order has been shipped.

4.4 Wrong / Change Of Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

We won’t be able to refund your order should there be any errors in the information submitted and the orders has been processed. 

4.5 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.


5 - TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


6 - LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED PACKAGES

EMMORA is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged packages during shipping. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier for further assistance.


7 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. EMMORA is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
